To be the trendiest this fall, we are inspired by the streetstyle wardrobe of fashionistas. We take stock of the season’s trends and suggesting you some winter clothes for women.
The seasons follow one another and are not always alike. Can you recycle your cowboy boots from last year without making a has-been ? What trendy coat should you wear during the off-season? What will be the key fall colors? Small recap in images of the biggest trends of the season.
1. THE SHORT BLAZER
Oversize fans rest assured: oversized blazers will still be one of the trends of the year, even if fashionistas seem to be excited about a new blazer cut that is slightly shorter and more fitted. A model that allows more madness like a flashy color, an original print or more marked shoulder pads.
2. LEATHER EYE
Since last winter, leather is back in the top of the trends. Dress, jumpsuit and trench coat, this season again we opt for a total leather look.
3. SOFT COLORS
While burgundy, brown, beige and olive green remain safe values, you can soften your fall look with softer shades usually associated with summer such as sage, powder pink or lavender mauve. A way to extend the summer in style!
4. THE TARTAN
A British wind is blowing on fashion: the tartan, this classic checked wool fabric, is back at the top of the trends. We adopt it in small touches or a total look version for the most experienced fashionistas.
5. THE XXL COLLAR
This is the big trend for back to school. Sweaters, cardigans, shirts or dresses, the ready-to-wear collections abound with pieces decorated with XXL Peter Pan collar. We tell you how to wear this original trend here!
6. MILITARY BOOTS
If you were going to recycle your Victorian lace-up boots (the big trend of 2019), you might forget. In 2020, fashionistas are betting on Dr. Martens military-style boots. They are definitely one of the trendy models of the season, like these other pairs.
7. THE PANTSUIT
The suit is definitely one of the must-haves for back to school . More than ever, this piece is a must-have in our fall wardrobe . When it comes to color, you can dare anything: off white, khaki or softer colors like lilac! Our favorite? This suit signed H&M !
